Terms and Conditions

• Credit from bundles valid for 2 years from Purchase.
• Time bundles must be utilised 1 session at a time and cannot be done back-to-back
• Time bundle treatments cannot be split (e.g. 30 minute sessions cannot be split into 2 sessions of 15mins each).
• Credit following purchase of the bundles is non-refundable unless during your consultation and patch test your treating doctor at Persona decides that you are NOT a suitable candidate for laser hair removal for medical reasons and will certify this to Persona management within a maximum of 7 days after the consultation & patch test. In this case your payment will be refunded, and the payment on your card will be reversed. Your purchase will be non-refundable for other reasons besides personal medical reasons.
• Bundles are non-transferable to any other client.
• Credit of the bundles is non-transferable to any other service.
• We would ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment.
• If you arrive late, the time of the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled in consideration of the next person’s appointment.
• We appreciate at least a 24 hour notification for any changes or cancellations, and would need to be done via phone.
