Terms and Conditions

• Your Laser Card will be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Payment of the full EUR 395 to be done in full and in one transaction.
• Credit cannot be rolled over after the card expires.
• Purchase of the card is non-refundable unless during your consultation and patch test your treating doctor at Persona decides that you are NOT a suitable candidate for laser hair removal for medical reasons and will certify this to Persona management within a maximum of 7 days after the consultation & patch test. In this case your payment will be refunded, and the payment on your card will be reversed. Your purchase will be non-refundable for other reasons besides personal medical reasons.
• Card is non-transferable to any other client.
• Credit on the card is non-transferable to any other service.
• Minimum session length is 30 minutes and can be booked in 30-minute increments. E.g. 30, 60, 90 mins etc
• We would ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment.
• Please be aware that if you arrive late, the time of the appointment will be shortened in consideration of the next person’s appointment.
