Terms & Conditions

All appointments are confirmed 48 hours prior to ensure we can provide you with the right amount of time and quality of service you deserve. Please reply to our confirmation message. If you cannot attend an appointment please give us as much notice as possible and ensure that your new appointment is re scheduled according to your treatment plan.


For new clients we would ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment, so that you can unwind and fill out a consultation form. Please be aware that if you arrive late, the time of the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled in consideration of the next person.

Treatments are reserved specifically for your needs based on availability. We prepare the rooms and products to be used for each service according to the scheduled appointments for that day. In order to best accommodate your request we appreciate at least 24 hour notification for any changes or cancellations.

Apart from the general aforementioned terms and conditions, below you can find the T&C’s for various specific offers and services.

Laser Hair Removal

Consultation & Patch Test

  • Consultations & Patch Tests are offered free of charge and are obligatory before starting treatment at Persona.

Laser Card

  • Card is valid for 1 year from date of card issue
  • Full pre-payment of card value of €395 is to be made upon issue
  • Card is non-transferable
  • Card entitles the holder to 5 hours Laser Hair Removal treatment time in total
  • Minimum session length is 30 minutes – sessions can be booked in 30 minute increments eg 30, 60, 90 minutes
  • Credit on this card is non-transferable to any other services, nor can credit be rolled over after the 1 year validity of the card expires
  • The number of cards to be issued is at the discretion of Persona Management

Laser Bundles

  • Credit from bundles valid for 1 year from Purchase.
  • Time bundles must be utilised 1 session at a time and cannot be done back-to-back
  • Time bundle treatments cannot be split (e.g. 30 minute sessions cannot be split into 2 sessions of 15mins each).
  • Credit following purchase of the bundles is non-refundable unless during your consultation and patch test your treating doctor at Persona decides that you are NOT a suitable candidate for laser hair removal for medical reasons and will certify this to Persona management within a maximum of 7 days after the consultation & patch test. In this case your payment will be refunded, and the payment on your card will be reversed. Your purchase will be non-refundable for other reasons besides personal medical reasons.
  • Bundles are non-transferable to any other client.
  • Credit of the bundles is non-transferable to any other service.
  • We would ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment.
  • If you arrive late, the time of the appointment will be shortened in consideration of the next person’s appointment.

Free Consultations

A booking is always required. All free consultations will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.

Gift Vouchers

  • This voucher can be used on any treatment at Persona except on Consultations, Dermatology and Surgeries.
  • Voucher needs to be presented at the time of payment and is valid for one appointment only.
  • Not valid in conjunction with any other offers.
  • Validity is 1 year from date of voucher issue unless specified otherwise.

No Shows Policy

  • In cases of ALL treatment packages, including all Laser treatment Cards and Bundles, Skincare Services such as Micro-Needling and Chemical Peel courses, face and body shaping treatments like Sculpt 4D, and others, unless Persona is notified in advance and in writing 1 full working day (minimum 24 hours) before by email to info@persona.com.mt, WhatsApp on 79340366 or by Facebook Messenger, absences to attend will be considered a NO SHOW, meaning that a 50% no show deduction will be made from the pending treatment balance automatically.


  • For consultations or single treatments, in cases of no-shows as defined above, we reserve the right to refuse further appointments for patients and clients at management’s discretion.


  • For all surgeries, a separate deposit and cancellation policy applies.
