Winner Premium Content Competition

Joseph Bugelli from Gozo was the winner of Times of Malta’s Premium Content competition. His daughter, Fiona, is seen receiving a voucher on behalf of her father for €300 for laser hair removal from Persona Med-Aesthetic Centre’s General Manager Kate Demanuele.
